They invited me in for a interview only to say I was not eligible for the course even though it said otherwise on the website and I had to cancel my other education needs in order to attend this interview and this will now effect my current learning as I will need to catch up on work. They need better communication between staff and the tutors attitude was quite rude. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COLLEGE TO ANYONE. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

I understand some people had problems with this college but my experience is different. Most of the time you can find perfect staff in the library and reception but sometimes the people work in reception are tired. ESOL teachers are really helpful, kindness and polite. If you find something wrong you can speak with Caroline, she is a manger. Also my experience in this college from 2013 until now is good.

Absolutely useless college from the top to the bottom. Staff will not turn up to lessons, you will not be told why. Staff will leave halfway through the year and your course will be cancelled - wasting your year. You will not get any help even if you ask for it or need it. Marking is not done at a reasonable time so you will not know how to improve. The teachers that do turn up seem to teach with youtube - as in they make you watch a youtube video while they play solitaire! If you like looking at nice buildings however, than this is the place for you! Best advice - STAY IN 6TH FORM!!! Where you will actually be taught!

It is HORRIBLE how they treat human beings. They make the student feel really bad, screaming them and not treating them with respect. If make a enquiry by mail It takes weeks to answer (If you are lucky) and if you go to ask to reception (Physically) nobody knows anything. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Definetely I wouldn´t reccoment It.
