Was very not too sure about the new city park at first.. during construction. But when finished it is the best thing the city council could have done. Went down over the summer and it was packed with families enjoying the sunshine. Best of all it's totally free. Go down at night and it is different again all the families have now gone home having a good day out. it is so peaceful with the fountains and lighting show that goes on. You can loose yourself sometimes you forget your in the city c centre. very close to shopping centre, museums and good transport links also accessable for the disabled. overall sore 10 out of 10

Today I telephoned at approx. 3.15pm to the "Parking Dept." To complain about the seriousness of the *school run*. Approx 50+elderly and disabled people live in this Hanover Sheltered complex, which has only enough parking spaces for residents only. When the morning and afternoon school runs take place we as residents are either trapped in or can not access the complex nor can the emergency services get in! We have had wardens, police etc. yet years down the line loss of life , serious accidents are just waiting to happen. Please can action be taken to prevent further annoyance. This time of year there are leaves on the footpaths making them slippy and the uneven surface because of broken paving stones caused by the illegal parking and disregarded observation of all road markings and *Private Residents Parking Only* notice boards. Richard Middleton aged 70 resident of Hanover Gardens, Horton Hall Close Bradford BD5 0NE. I am not alone in this polite request.

The Council has many failings such as corruption around The Westfield and The Odeon Debacle - also looking around Bradford centre can be quite depressing. That said, there are some really decent people working there, who are trying - and it's not as if this region is being helped by central government, quite the opposite. Bradford has so much potential. It doesn't need shopping centres and chain stores, it needs to play to its strengths and uniqueness of character.

I sent them my email address so they could send me council tax via email. They misspelt my email address. All they had to do is copy/paste, and they can't even do that.

Tried to cancel a bulk waste collection over the phone when I no longer needed it. Called every day only to keep being told their systems are down and to try contacting them at another time, since I couldn’t cancel I just ended up still being charged on the day for a collection that never got done.
