This place is a mere scam. I seriously don't understand how the people running this place sleep at night. My experience is full of deception, false promises and cheating. You will be greeted and treated like a royalty, until you part with your cash then you are dumped. My story is too long to be written in a review. In few days I was out of pocket by thousands of pounds and despite my repeated telephone contacts I got nothing but false promises. Last time I managed to get through, Bobby told me the guy who was working for him has disappeared with a lot of accounting problems and the police is investigating. After that all my calls went unanswered. Thanks God now and after few months I recovered emotionally though not financially. Please steer away from this place and do not be deceived by the sweet talk from Bobby or his vanishing co-worker (if he is back)

Had several chats with the owner Bobby over the phone about 16 reg minibus that's was for sale, all details were covered so flew up to Glasgow from Exeter where I was picked up by his company from the airport, viewed the vehicle that was as new like he explained so very happy! great finance package was done in around one hour then on the road back down to Devon. No hassle, no problems and nothing to complain about all as smooth as! would recommend any time. Cheers Bobby look forward to next deal in a couple of years. Kev

Hi, I agree with what the last two reviews had to say. They do not inspire any trust 1) they did not send me the V5C 2) When I checked the car before buying it, some things looked like they were not working properly, for example the air conditioned system, and when I told them, they said that that was ok and that it was working perfectly...after I bought the car, of course the air conditioned system was not working, and they agreed to fix it. As they could not fix it, they told me they were gonna buy the broken piece and send it to me. Well, that never happened, and even when I have called them several times, still they have not send me the new piece. Every week we find new small problems with the car, which I am not saying they knew about (at the end of the day it is a second hand car) but I would advice against buying a car there.

This garage should not be allowed to sell cars, I bought an Audi TT 2002 off these crooks just over

This garage should not be allowed to sell cars, I bought an Audi TT 2002 off these crooks just over a year ago, not only did they not have the car ready when the said they would, when I spoke to both men about the car both of them were saying different things, I ask one man if the timing belt had been done and if it was in the book and he said no, when I asked Bobby he said it was in the book, and the other guy must have made a mistake, any way I stupidly went ahead with the buy, and after bobby told me the car was moted and serviced and fit for the road, I picked it up, on the way home the TT started whining from the 4 wheel driving system, fault 1, I took it to my friends garage to get some advice, and the mechanic decided to give the car the once over, and found almost £900 worth of stuff wrong with it, from a leaking steering rack, to brake pipes, bushes, and so on, also told me there was no way it had been serviced, and he pointed to the oil filter, and asked me if it looked new, on looking at it I could tell my self this oil filter had not been changed , remember I bought this car with a ( full years mot with no advisors ) I spoke to boby about this and he said the mechanic was just being picking and different garages have different standers for an ( mot ) then after 2 days the car would not start, alternator packed in, I spoke to boby about this and even know the car had 3 months warranty, I had to contribute to the repair, fault 2, then back on the road, only to get two weeks down the line and the dash light up like a Christmas tree, abs, traction control, esp, engine manegment, fault 3 spoke to boby again, I had to take the car bk to the garage, he gave me a courtesy car, that I had to pay the insurance and insure it my self, they had the car for over a week, when the car was ready I collected it, and on the drive home, 20 mins from my house every light back on, showing me where ever he has his cars repaired, moted, do not have a clue what there doing, I had to then get the car fixed my self, as the 3 months warranty was up , so now after all this am thinking surly that's the end of the drama, 4 months down the line? The timing belt I was told was not in the book as changed, then was told was changed and that the other man had made mistake, snapped, it cost me £1500 to put it rite , this garage is only fit for a cartoon, and I would strongly advice anyone to stay clear of this garage at all costs, there are plenty of garages in and around Glasgow, so don't be stupid like me and use these dodgy crooks, that rob u of ur hard earned cash... And do not need fooled by there laid back friendly approach, these guys are robbers and do it with a smile on there face... Thanks Bobby for ur promised quality used cars that you hand pick...

these guys are as dodgy as you can get. Their is a guy called graeme that works there and the boss is called brian. As soon as they get your money they dont give a monkeys about any problems the vehicle they have sold you has. They will lie and waste your time as much as they can just to get you of their back for example by telling you it will take 4 weeks to get a part from germany and when you contact them to get the problem fixed 4 weeks later they will say they have recieved the wrong part and you have to wait another 8 weeks for it even though that same part is available at any local parts supplier. If you make them aware of this they will say that its £20 cheaper by getting it direct from europe and since their paying for it its better for them. After about 4-6 months of waiting you just end up getting the problems fixed yourself cause its so obvious these guys are rip of merchants. I should of realised these guys are dodgy when buying a vehicle from and hearing them fobbing of customers saying the parts are due in blah blah and their sorry about the 12 week delay etc. The sooner these guys are out of business the better it is for the good people of glasgow. Im sure they will mess with the wrong person one day and come a cropper unfortunatly that wont by me cause i cant risk getting a criminal record because of my work.
