Very quick turn around, can pick up from your hotel and drop off too. I was in a bind trying to wash clothes while on holiday, called them up, dropped off my clothes around 5 PM and they had them back at my hotel before 10 PM that same night, washed and folded! Very affordable too! Highly recommend if you're traveling and don't have time to do it yourself.

Quick and efficient service. Also had a good chat with the workers and had a good laugh. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly service and fast. While on holiday we dropped off our clothes in the morning, and picked them up washed and folded by late afternoon.

Definitely would not recommend. Zero customer service, rude, and seems highly disorganized. Waited over a week to get 3 items washed. Charged me £10 over my estimated cost (for so few items too..) and then ended up ruining one of my items in the end. Super disappointed with this place.

Convenient and friendly service. Needed to launder a few items (size of a small tote bag) mid-week into the holidays. Dropped the laundry bag at 9am and picked it up at 3pm - wash dry and fold for a tenner. The owner was really nice! Quality of wash was great and the no hassle experience a massive plus! Note that this is a neighbourhood shop and accepts only cash. The times have been revised to 9am-4pm. It’s a couple of minutes walk from Haymarket station.

Huge bag of laundry washed and ironed for a tenner. Great for travellers. I am used to paying around £10 in other places using self-service, but they did everything for me and returned a lovely clean bag of clothes that had been ironed and sorted. Turn around time was quick. Contrary to other reviews, I found the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really great price for tonnes of washing + 2x handwash items + 1 x dryclean item. Delivery driver and lady on the phone both very friendly and helpful. Will be using again for sure! Really impressed, I have used several places before but will be sticking to this place.
