I had a wonderful time in a float. Music was pretty bad, but other than that I felt safe which made it a lot easier to relax and soak up those great minerals. I feel a lot more positive, and joyful in life. My only suggestion would be to bring a water bottle with you; the heated room and all that salt makes it a bit stuffy. Fresh air and a fresh beverage really hits the spot after one of these.
