City Cave Kawana – Sunshine Coast

City Cave Kawana is the best spa & wellness facility I have ever been to. Having personally worked in a wellness centre with sauna and float services, the professionalism and hospitality supersedes all my previous professional encounters. Samantha’s warmth and hospitality makes you feel so comfortable and guided through the whole experience. You are also taught so much about the services you pay for to improve your own individual wellness journey. I had a couples 45min infrared sauna & the rooms were beautiful, spacious and were a perfect space to be conscious & find solitude. Hands down an incredible experience!

Samara (City Cave Kawana) has the best customer service we have experienced. We go there regularly on a Sunday arvo and are always blessed to be served by Samara who absolutely made the experience a great one for us. She was attentive and has a keen eye for detail in customer service. She makes the experience worth coming back every single time.

The staff are lovely and the experience is amazing. Everything is clean and peaceful. Highly recommend coming here if you need to relax and recharge.

This amazing business had me at hello as soon as I walked in enjoyed every minute the service is exceptional and so glad I have a membership to enjoy what city cave has to offer once a month.
