I’d never floated before so was a bit nervous but didn’t need to worry! The whole experience was great! When I arrived I was shown an intro video explaining how things worked, I was then shown to my own private room and left to my experience. First you shower, then enter the pool, you have a choice of music or silence and have a switch in the pool for the lights so can be in mood lighting or darkness. I also had a floating aid for my head which was comfy. The hour went super quick, at one point I think I fell asleep, it was really relaxing! I’d 100% do another float, in fact I’m sad I’ve waited this long! Definitely recommended, I felt like a new woman afterwards!!
