City Art Centre edinburgh

I visited the City Art Centre recently to see their Victoria Crowe exhibition. My family and I were treated to a expertly curated selection of her best work along with interesting videos and stories of her life. The time we spent their flew by. What an enjoyable afternoon.

Excellent exhibition of Victoria Crowe's colourful work over the years. It covers three floors so there's a lot to see. Ends in October, but ideal on a damp, windy day in September.

The Victory Crowe exhibition is fantastic. 50 years of work curated in a meaningful and beautiful way.

Excellent venue. Good exhibition. Good stall was super expensive and not worth it. This is meant to be about giving children the chance to learn things they might not do at school, not rip the parents of for food and drinks.

For the summer of 2019 until October, there is an exhibition of Victoria Crowe stunning paintings. Well worth a visit. Do start by watching the film of her talking about her work on the first floor.

I first came in to the souvenir store and saw some lovely postcards so came back to check it out. It is a relatively small gallery but have some nice pieces. I was in a rush as I was going to catch a train but if I had more time I would definitely indulge is enjoying the art pieces. If you are around and have an hour or so, definitely worth dropping by. There's a nice souvenir shop and little cafe just on the ground floor too.

Wonderful day. There's a wheelchair to borrow, the staff are so helpful, full of knowledge, lovely and made a trip out with my aunt the very best it could be. The art work was amazing, delighted to see 4 Joan Eardley pictures and the new acquisitions. Thank you so so much, I can't recommend enough..

Convenient location right beside Waverly train station. Usually features permanent and temporary exhibitions, but today (October 2021) the majority of the gallery was closed. Still, very nice place to visit.

The new Lorimer exhibition is first class and heartwarming in its depiction of family harmony. Thank you.
