A true Manchester gem of a pub. Where else not only do you have a historic pub but next to two others! However if this pub is not supported especially during this ongoing covid crisis I can see another boarded up pub! Excellent choice of cask beers ( Bright side was on top form) great bar and just a classic interior. Find & enjoy!

Old fashioned boozer tucked away in the backstreets close to the town hall. The beer is well kept and with a good range to choose from. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.

Really nice pub in the centre of manchester. Great selection of gins and friendly staff. There's a little bit of space outside and plenty of seating inside. Tram stop is just round the corner so you can have as many as you like :)

If you like beer especially cask then this is one of the best pubs in Manchester if not the best. The selection of beers is much better than it used to be. I love this pub and it's a must visit for anyone into beer who visits Manchester! The pub interior is also impressive. A proper pub!

Packed pub, proper little boozer this one with plenty of choice ales and larger to choose. Spirits galore and fun shots. Welcoming staff on a back street of central Manchester. Well done for keeping a dying tradition alive in such dire times.

Proper pub in the city centre. Good friendly staff who know their beers. Great selection on the pumps and a great night spent. The locals in Manchester were so friendly and we won't miss the chance to visit again. Traditional pub at its best.
