I’ve been to Wembley cinema multiple times. Staff is friendly, armchairs comfortable and generally a nice place where to hang out on during week-ends. My only criticism, is about the film selection available. I’d like to see less Bollywood movies and wider variety of international and independent movies which often are forgotten.

There weren't many staff around to even get tickets to see the film so it was quite a wait to purchase our tickets. Tickets were £4 more than any other Cineworld I have been too which I don't understand. When finally served the girl that served us was lovely and the screen we sat in was clean.

Went there on an event day. No parking available as it was all booked out for the event. Missed the film as a result of this. Got refunded though. Worth checking this before booking tickets!

To begin with, advertisements before the actual movie took way too long. You can easily add an extra 30-40 minutes to your "viewing time" because of that. Nevertheless, once you know this, you can plan your arrival accordingly. Additionally - and rather sadly - , the lights were not turned off completely, only dimmed during the movie which was quite distracting for someone who is used to the completely dark auditoriums. All in all, I would be fine with the ads but the lights being on really diminishes the quality of the experience.

An excellent cinema. But it was a lot further than we thought, plus 4 floors higher, which is a lot when you are disabled and in a wheelchair. Although I must say, the staff were friendly and very helpful, as we're the locals who helped us find the place. All doors were easily passed and plenty wide enough for my chair. There was a space to leave my chair while I was sitting in a normal cinema seat. We went to see Free Guy, which was a really funny computer gaming film, with lots of Easter eggs for other movies to be spotted. Thanks for a great evenings entertainment guys.
