Takes a long time to get through and once through no appointments available on day, not allowed to book in advance for the next day or any other day, must ring back after 8am next day to see if any appointments available and even then there may not be any. This really is a poor level of service for something that should be a lot easier to access. I don't need the doctors often but when I do.........

Rude, dismissive staff who are unable to cope with reasonable requests and feedback. GP’s and management lack transparency. Nye on impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Do not dare complain or they threaten to withdraw services. Best place to raise any complaints is via NHS England and not the Surgery as they sweep complaints under the carpet.

I have just registered at this surgery after moving house and I'm currently looking for a new surgery. Nothing but problems. Can't even get an appointment for a new born baby with an angry rash(apparently all appointments gone, and not just the emergency ones!). Told to email in which I feel is shocking for a new born! Lost prescriptions/or not sent. They now have a policy where new prescriptions need to be put in writing and posted to them as they can no longer deal with them over the phone. Not sure how that benefits anyone! The doctors I have spoken to/met do seem lovely but the policy's and the organisation is terrible at church view.
