I have been there for making appointment. The receptionist seem not to be helpful and listening. I tried to explain what happened to me but she was very impolite. I work and pay tax, it is not what I expected to be treated like that. It is very discriminating. I will never go back there again.

The receptionists are extremely rude when you call. No clear information to which surgery is where.

The receptionists are extremely rude when you call. No clear information to which surgery is where. Shame as the receptionist bad attitude is not an accurate reflection of how helpful the doctors are. They let the surgery down

Service has crossed the line from bad to beyond a joke. Ordered a prescription through the chemists - Church View swear they never received it and blame the chemist. Chemist showed me the order paperwork... Referrals to other services and corrections to mistakes on their records are promised but never happen. And this has been going on long before COVID was a thing. If you're moving to East Leeds and looking for a GP, avoid this one - and the surgeries at Shaftesbury and Seacroft run by the same people.

Phone system is TERRIBLE You have to listen to (I'm not joking) 2 minutes of pre-record before you even get to waiting list. Warning, if you *# you have to start from the beginning of the automated message again. I will 100% upgrade the review once acknowledged and improved.

Telephone system is rubbish. Why do all doctors go for lunch at the same time. Why do you have to call before 10 to make an appointment when you can't get through before 10 anyway. And test results after 3! Why? If you have them just tell us! Also if I was waiting for my doctors I'd still not have had my covid jabs. Not seen a doctor face to face in ages. Not for lack of trying. Called after 3 for my results but your closed for training. You've just had over a year of not been open properly and now your training🤦🏻‍♂️ Can't get a repeat prescription without talking to the doctor. Well the problem is I can't talk to a doctor. Call before 10. OK I start at 8:15 and finally get through about 9. But all appointments gone! I'm not after a repeat prescription for fun. It's for my health needs! Please sort out the phone systems.
