We arrived at the apartments on Friday 24th July all seemed fine up until faults started to happen in our room! I arrived with my partner and young children. On Saturday myself and my young children got stuck in the lift which was very unsettling for the children on inspection of the room I found that the window lock where my 2 year old and 4 year old was sleeping the window lock was broke and could open as far as it would possible go! The air vent then fell out the ceiling when I was sat on the bed and bounced on my arm. We let a few things slide then the curtain rail fell down right next to where my young son was stood if it would of fell on his head it would of been a completely different matter! On check out I spoke to the general manager who was not useful one bit all he could say was we will give discount on next stay or I could have a late check out I wanted neither as I didn’t want to spend another minute in that death trap they call luxury apartments!

I didn't like the new refurbishment. The old Light Aparthotel is way better and cheaper. The rooms now are smaller and ugly. The only good thing is the location.

Charged an additional £250 security dep upon check in, 10 days later and still no refund and same answers given everytime you chase it up “it’s out of our hands” I have raised a dispute with my bank. Also wasn’t mentioned before payment that it would take this long, only when I took my card out of the machine was I told

Ash on reception was so good to us, we'd made a booking error elsewhere so booked this very last minute and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were clean, modern and comfy. Wish we'd stayed here the whole weekend instead of moving on to our og booking. Also great location and there's a car park very close by. Would deffo recommend and stay again. Thanks Ash!!

Two days before we were due to arrive for a first break away from the kids for 2 years, the little one got Covid at nursery and we had to isolate for 10 days. The team here refunded in full, with no hassle, no stress. Credit where credit is due. They deserve a 5 star for helping us here when others would make life difficult. Thank you. We will be back soon.
