Fantastic practice and great staff

Having been a patient at Church Rd Dental Practice for over 30 years, I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere for mine & my families dental care. The care and attention shown to us is exceptional. My 12 and 10 year olds have always looked forward to their check ups as from an early age they’ve been put at ease, that in itself speaks volumes. Professional yet informal and we’re always greeted with a smile from the fantastic reception staff. Keep doing what you do Church Road staff! Highly recommend if you’re in the North Cardiff area!

Very friendly practice. I always feel at ease, the staff are brilliant. The work iv had done is to perfection. The reception is very professional and sympathetic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else , overall 5 star rating. Thanks to all of you at the practice.

I got recommended this dental surgery particularly Victoria who I had been told was brilliant from previous experience of a friend. I have to say I'm not the easiest of patients and do have anxiety with Dentists. Victoria has been very understanding and absolutely superb from the moment I met her. From explaining the work in detail that would be carried out and giving me ample time, encouragement to work through the dental work. Can't recommend enough! Thank you.

This practice is a lot more friendly and helpful than my last practice. The staff always have time to talk and put you at ease. My dentist Jon Collis and his nurse are brilliant with me and my daughter.

Very clean and professional. Have been having my teeth cared for for over 5 Years. No problems.

Just rang up to book an appointment for my wisdom tooth on an emergency basis, receptionist was not helpful and wouldn’t listen to me after I said what I had tried. I then said my friends who are dentists think I should take antibiotics and the receptionist said the next appointment free would be in two weeks time whereas I need it on an urgent basis. I said I missed work from it, she asked me why it took me so long to book an appointment I said it’s because it was bank holiday yesterday and out of hours was full! She then offered I can pick a prescription up for antibiotics and I said it’s no hassle I can sort that with the GP instead if I can’t get an appointment quick enough. I was still in the middle of talking where she then goes “yeah alright go to your GP” and hangs up on me! This isn’t how you treat patients who are in pain! I would know because I’m a pharmacist.. I believe her name was Alison. Wish I could give her zero stars

Recently received dental treatment here at short notice. Given the current climate the measures put in place to protect everyone from COVID 19 were very reassuring. The care I had was first class, I am a nervous patient but was made to feel relaxed and I was very comfortable with Mr Collis whilst in his care. Would highly recommend this dental practice. Thank you very much.
