I had an appointment today for an examination as I have a problem and needs to be fix sooner than later. When I arrived to the clinic,the receptionist informed me that there is not appointment made for me. I had to show my call history on my phone to show the call was made and I was advised to rescheduled my appointment to some time slots that literally I couldn't make it due to my work schedule. This examination cannot take more than 15' and the lady was unable to find a time slot suitable to my schedule..., I never saw something like this, overall when is the clinic who made the mistake. I was advised to call to the emergency number if I am in pain. Worst customer service ever.

Both Paul Redstone and the nurse were so incredibly kind, seeming genuinely to care about my experience. I was involved in every step of the decision making, and everything was explained to me as we went along. It was not a fun trip, as I did experience some unavoidable discomfort, and I am a massive wuss when it comes to dentists. But Paul and the nurse made the experience far, far easier to cope with.

I visited this clinic twice in the past month to have 3 fillings done. This included 2 hygienist visits to ensure the areas were thoroughly cleaned before work was carried out. I have decided to review each individual experience because of how impressed I was left. Receptionist: She brings a fantastic welcome to the surgery, on the ball and knows exactly how to make you feel like an individual whilst providing outstanding customer service. From my first step in the surgery, she made me feel like I was in the right place. Hygienist: I could not recommend more, again I received a very warm welcome whilst getting the feeling he really cares about my well-being. Giving me tips in how to keep my teeth in top condition and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. Dentist & Assistant: Now this is where the work took place, I had 2 visits with Paul and his assistant and on both occasions I could not have asked for a better experience. The assistant is so smiley and kind, she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease whilst making sure that throughout the whole procedure I was comfortable and happy. Paul's dental work is second to none, he took pictures of my teeth before the work and took some after and I am over the moon with the results, he asked me throughout the work if I was OK and made sure I was in zero pain. He is so precise and accurate in the colour, finish and overall look in his work that you could not tell I had them done. I am so grateful. Overall this is hands down the best dentist I have ever visited, I can highly recommend and anyone who visits will not be disappointed. These guys know exactly how to treat their customers and their compassion shines through that. Thank you.

I tried all last week to cancel an appointment by sending two emails, calling numerous times and also sent a message through their website. I just cannot seem to get a response, so I’m going to be listed as a ‘no show’. I’ve tried calling about ten times. Their opening times are pretty standard, but whenever I have called I have got the out of hours “the office is now closed” message. This is a shame as they are actually a very good practice. No idea what’s going on with them at the moment.

Paul understood the feeling of loss that I'd be feeling on having a tooth removed, which helped. He arranged the appointment the very next morning after the initial examination, which I appreciated. His caring, empathetic attitude and all the years of being under his care have brought about a great sense of trust, so I was able to relax into the necessary procedure, making it go a lot more quickly and smoothly than it might have otherwise. Already knowing I would be in good hands, I had made a commitment to be as calm as possible before the appointment and throughout the treatment, which I'm sure led to there being no need for painkillers the next day or after - and there was none of the swelling I expected. The detailed explanation of what I might feel; taste; experience in the days after, with the little supplementary care-pack to take away with me, plus pointing out the emergency number and being urged to call about anything that might be of concern really made me feel supported and cared for with the weekend ahead when help wouldn't be so easy to come by if needed.
