Church End Dental Centre london

I would like to say how pleased I am with the service at Church End Dental Centre. I needed to register my niece with a dentist for an emergency appointment and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. She made the appointment on the day which was great. I accidentally sent my niece to the wrong dentist (baby brain) I called the receptionist and explained what I'd done and asked if my niece could still be seen. The receptionist was very understanding and rearranged my nieces appointment for 20 minutes later allowing us enough time to get there. My niece is scared of the dentist from a previous experience, the dentist was so understanding and fully put my niece at ease. She fully explained why my niece had a toothache and gave her some info hand outs to explain it further. Thank you so much for being so wonderful, helpful and giving my niece the confidence back to know that the dentist isn't the scariest place in the world. Excellent experience.

Very helpful receptionist, with a sweet smile. My dentist is excellent! The dental nurse is so nice too. Will highly recommend to my friends.

Call the dentist to inquire about any emergency appointment slots. Someone picks up and says "hold the line" - after holding for 5 minutes , I give up and hang up. If you cant answer the call - then don't pick up and leave a potential client hanging on the phone.

I’m extremely phobic and due to childhood trauma I only go to dentist as an absolute last resort. Lovely and friendly receptionists, lovely and patient nurses and a super patient and understanding doctor with a great attitude. First time I went in I believe doctor freaked out due to me freaking out so I was close to not going back but on the 2nd go I was assigned a different doctor and we just clicked. I went in 3 times now and I think I finally found a doctor I feel safe enough with to let him fix my teeth! I just can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Highly recommended!

My first visit since the start of lock-down. I was very impressed with the safety set-up. I've always had good experience with the whole team. My new dentist was Dr Ammi Suchak she was terrific - personally and professionally, she kept me informed about what she was doing, she was polite, friendly and caring. I couldn't ask for more

This place used to be good, honestly receptionist was nice and clear, and the actual dentist done great job in good timely manner. First of all, i have been told I need my canal roots to be done (pretty serious) I’m doing my appointments since beginning of this year and it was only two consultations as the doctors don’t have any time for the patient… now when it was finally upcoming to an ACTUAL appointment, they have cancelled it and moved it to another 2 month further because the dentist got training to do. Bare in mind I’m in so much pain I can barely eat, where I already called previously for emergency appointment. This medical centre does not care about their patients unless it’s private (hopefully). Thank you very much for absolutely nothing, just wasted my time and money.

I have always had a great experience from ur service, I would say I love everything about this dental; the doctors, nurses and all the staffs. All the staffs are polite and friendly, the way they treat the patients were outstanding, highly qualified and experienced doctors; empathy in place.
