Definitely gone down (slightly) taste wise since the change of ownership. Come on guys just carry on doing what chunkys has been doing since day 1... Last owners had the chunky chicken recipes from their franchise from back in the day so come on with it again.

This place is actually good when your collecting it from the shop but however when you delivery, the driver is always late than usual and when it does come late, it's rather heated in the microwave or they bring it to us cold. This place is good for collection or when paying at the till. No one use the delivery always cold or heated in the microwave. Hope you understand why this business is OK but below average on how a good takeaway should be.

Go for the Burger meal which includes fries and a drink. Add onion rings and you'll be full for £6. Quality Halal burger, with salad, add your own mayo and ketchup. Salt your own fries. Way better than the fast food chains for meat content and taste. Never had the chicken but highly recommend the burgers.

If it was possible to post a review with no stars at all I would. Absolute disgrace! I have never called anywhere and been spoken to in such a disgraceful way. I am unable t eat cheese and mayo which happened to come on all food that arrived, I am also pregnant and now have no food to eat for tea as the less than kind bloke who answered the phone said there was nothing to be done. I kindly suggest they pay for a coach on how to handle customers so they avoid upsetting pregnant women in the future. When asked how I could complain I was advised to 'GOOGLE IT'!!
