So on Saturday 21st Dec i ordered a take away like i have done for the past 10 years there was no chicken in the chicken and black bean Sauce.So i called to make then aware the lady on the phone was so rude and said i always complain and hung up on me.Only 6 months ago we found a dead fly in the noodles and rather than making a fuss simply called them and made them aware,they sent their driver to replace the food and refund the money.If i wanted to i could have reported them to food and hygiene authorities but i have no shame of writing this now as a long standing customer the rudeness of the lady behind the phone was not appreciated I will never be ordering from you again ever.good luck with your other customers

Very good and so tasty food, waiting time is always around 5-8min and don’t forget about lovely and friendly staff always will welcome you with smile on the face

Chinese takeaway, no seating inside so it is strictly takeaway. There's a few free parking spaces outside while you wait and the place is cash only. There is a free cash machine next door if needed. Food is just like any Chinese place, nothing amazing but not bad either. Food is not halal here.

Chungs only provide takeaway but provides good quality tasty Chinese food. Parking can be a bit of a pain at times.

Ordered 2 tofu meals, they were really good. Will definitely be back for more very soon.

The gentleman who took my order was very polite. Good start to my £60.00 order I thought . When the food arrived however it was downhill after that. Butterfly prawns : Overdone and hard. Squid B/B sauce : Really tough Spear Ribs : Only bones Prawns B/B sauce : Prawns succulant I cannot be sure, but the food seems to be a day old.

I’ve used Chungs takeaway for years and always thought it was the best until my granddaughter warned me that her and my daughter had eggshells in there egg fried rice, when I started to eat my meal I crunched on some and decided to upload a photo of some in a tissue (yuk) don’t you just hate that! We all had separate set meals so this shouldn’t have happened.

When I placed my order in shop was told 5 to 10 mins, 30 mins later I was still waiting. I asked about my order the man didn't seem to know anything he said when it's ready it will be brought out. he then said it's ready I said I hope it's not been there a long time and gone cold he said no. takes me couple minutes to get home food was cold and horrible. chungs has really gone down to how it use to be this is third time it's been cold and horrible I won't be going there again

This is the second time food has been delivered warm and not hot. I had mentioned this while ordering and was assured my order would be delivered hot, not so. Also the sweet and sour sauce in the set meal 'A' was lumpy when it should be smooth in texture.
