Chuan Body+Soul

A unique place in the heart of London. This luxurious spa is definitely worth a visit, especially for the signature massages. Although it's not a big spa, there's enough space in the changing rooms for about a dozen people and the waiting room allows for about half a dozen. I haven't used the fitness area but it exists and seems to be equipped nicely. They lost one star to the noises coming from the closely located underground, which slightly disturb your experience. Plus, the swimming pool is enough for about 5 people, but - at least during my visit - there were no loungers surrounding it, only a few chairs. Since the massages and the services surrounding it (a questionnaire, a tea, fruits) have been absolutely wonderful, I would still recommend the Chuan Body+Soul spa to everyone looking for a unique experience with Chinese medicine or simply pure relaxation.

Superb massages!!! They surprised me with a birthday gift which I still can't get over! (the images are old though as apparently they renovated so be aware the area with beds is not there anymore). Overall a great service and experience I won't forget.

Highly trained therapists and unique treatments and services. Quite the hidden gem in the centre of London and a part the cosy Langham hotel. Will be back to try their afternoon tea Spa package. Regards

I just went for a manicure and pedicure after receiving a gift voucher at the Chaun Body+Soul Spa. The therapist and service was lovely, lots of care was taken to make it relaxing and feel pampered however the quality of the manicure and pedicure is really bad. The two together was £136, charging a whole £20 for a gel finish. The gel which finish is very thick, attached to my skin and already peeling off. There is also a very limited selection of gel varnishes considering the extra charge. I didn't have gel on my pedicure and the finish is a little better but patchy in thickness and uneven. I am thoroughly disappointed at the end result considering the extortionate cost!!!

I had the most amazing relaxing full body massage and caviar facial here recently. Camille Roberts is a fabulous therapist, I came out feeling transformed from a tense mess to light and happy. Great balance of pressure and relaxation in her treatments. My skin was also radiant for a good week after the facial with a great array of products. Thank you Camille, I will be back!

I loved visiting the Chuan spa over the weekend. The whole place is extremely clean and presently well. They have restrictions where only hotel guests can use the spa on weekends so the pool was pretty much empty. I had a full body massage which was fantastic and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I’d definitely recommend!
