Rosa is AMAZING. I keep my hair really short and because of how fine it is it can be really tricky to do it well. Rosa knows exactly how to make my cut look good every time. I have seen everyone from barbers to master stylists and have not found anyone who makes my hair look as good as she does. The salon is clean and well kept with a great atmosphere.
