Beyond excellent. From being welcomed with a big smile by Paulo in the car park, to Cherry, Lyn and Richard greeting you by your name because they have gone out of their way to remember you. A personal written note in the hotel room welcoming you back and simply exceptional service/ views/ food/ location - you get my drift and it’s why we keep coming back. Amy you’re a fantastic waitress and always look after us at the upper deck. Matt you’re such a hardworking, happy guy. Rafael is charming. AJ & Julia ensure the hotel runs like clock work and Lorraine we MISS YOU and hope to see you back on reception soon Thank you so much for making our stay special every, single, time. You never drop the ball and we can’t wait to see you again soon

Had a fantastic mini break in this beautiful hotel. It was so nice to be with people again. The staff were brilliant and so lovely despite pressures from other guests. The hotel is situated in a stunning setting. Sea views are delight to watch from the Upper Jetty restaurant. Food at this hotel superb. Very friendly can't wait to return again.

Great place, Just watch out if you are in the private party bar area downstairs, The Barman throws away drinks if left unattended for a few minutes if you go to the dance floor or toilet. The drinks were compleatly full and of to one side not in the main serving area Three at £9 each, Then when asked about them his response instead of apologetic was almost aggressive, Apart from that it's a lovely venue.

Had a wonderful spa trip including lunch on the Upper Deck. Spa is brilliantly clean and very relaxing. Small pool, hydrotherapy pool, salt & steam rooms and sauna. The steam room was the steamiest ive ever used - very good! Pool can feel a little crowded if more than half a dozen people in there. Also access to a private sun terrace and lounge area. Treatments were excellent, excellent service and care with products you'll never want to wash off. I ended up purchasing some products in the spa shop that i feel was very well priced. Lunch was stunning, the food was as good as you'll get anywhere, very tasty and well presented. The cocktail menu will keep you going for a long time too! Car park is compact.
