I am so glad I found this boutique style salon. During my recent holiday to Newcastle I booked the Ultimate Specialised Facial at Choyez and it was 90 minutes of pure bliss. This salon uses European quality products (which are the best in my opinion), the service was graceous and attentive, the best I had in years. The salon is fresh and modern, impeccably clean, inviting and super relaxing. They pay attention to the smallest details. I would not hesitate to recomend this salon and I cannot wait to go back and have more treatments. Thank you!

Have been to the spa once and was very unimpressed with the service. The staff was not friendly nor helpful in any way. Customer service is everything and if a place like this where people come to relax and the customer service is terrible then what is the point? Would't recommended it to anyone and definitely won't be back again.
