Quick and easy service, van was very smooth to drive. I like that you have the option to hand back the van after hours because choice rentals have a key drop. Was a hassle free experience. Best price around too

I have booked the van for 9am. I have arrived to pick it up. First thing which I have found out was this that there is no car park for customers ad that I have to find long stay car park and walk back to the rental company. Second thing I had to wait over an hour to collect the van. Standing outside the office in the cold. Very poor customer service, very slow and unprofessional. I won't recommend this company.

Cheap and cheerful van hire. If you need van to move stuff around then this is the place for you.

Terrible place. Never going back here! First they moved the pick up depot from Hove, then I had to wait nearly an hour to collect. Only to be told they had changed van from tail lift to low loader, but hadn't bothered to ask me if that was ok. Then they had to re do all the licence checks even though i'd done online to save time. refused to give any money off at the desk. Can't get through on the phone to anyone. Van has nearly empty tank and already 1hr behind schedule. Should've gone to Enterprise. 0/10

This is one of the cheapest car hire places in the City and apart from a poor start (collecting at 10am and only one person on the desk and being made to queue outside in the rain for 10 mins, despite safe available inside space) the car itself was fine as was the process of checking it back in. So I’d use them again.

Superb. We had to clear out the house and needed a van for a day. Impressive pre-rental online registration, great staff and simple process. Thank you!
