Drew was very friendly. He was honest saying he couldn't compete with the internet prices as he had a shop and overheads. This was fair enough I'm always willing to support local business if I think they are deserving. His whole pitch was on a personal service that you just don't get in the bigger carpet shops. I'm happy to pay extra for this. The funny thing was that after all this waffle about personal service he started taking details about the property etc... When I said my name he said: "oh I don't bother with names I never remember them". I thought after all you said about personal service you couldn't be bothered with my first name. At least write it down so when you come to my house you could refresh your memory! anyway, he came and measured up gave me a rough quote but said he would email me a firm one later. I never received it. So much for personal service! I don't mind paying a bit extra to support a local company and to get a good personal service but come on guys this was poor!

Bought some laminate flooring. The fitter used a mitre saw to cut it, lounge covered in mdf dust. Then I realised I had been overcharged, when I asked for the money they couldn't find the paperwork. Had to wait it out until they realised I was not going to leave. NEVER AGAIN

Have used Choice Carpets three times and the service is still as good now as when they first started. Maybe even better as a reward for being a good, loyal customer. After care, if required, is also good. The prices are very competitive even with them having a shop. Will keep returning. Thank you Drew.

Honestly customer service is shocking sucha shame as the carpet is wonderful..poor service, rude and unhelpful and then want to charge you extra to do what they should have its a joke.donot use
