The male manager in there was really rude to a lady, who was only asking about some marks on a jacket. He basically ignored her, and then muttered she could have 10% off. Then, when she went to pay, the cashier had to call him over to check the discount, and he was rude to her again, saying, sternly, that he just said she could have 10% off!!.The man who was on the till, was very polite. But not sure how the other guy is a manager.... people skills were missing!! Good stock selection, clean shop.
