Had afternoon tea plus a massage, facial and pedicure for a half day spa day, it was great from start to finish, everyone was so friendly from the cafe, to reception, to the spa staff. We will definitely be back soon 💜💜

Absolutely lovely day at Chill Out Spa. Ladies were lovely and such good value for money. I had an amazing facial and massage, manicure and hot tub. Alongside a delicious lunch. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day for themselves or as a gift

Really nice place. Likes atmosphere and ambience. Made several enquires for our visit and always got back to me when they said they would and really helpful and friendly. Never been to spa before will go back.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, beautiful environment. Enjoyed a therapy session, then a quick bite to eat in their bistro, with a latte. Really is an amazing place..

Arrived at the chill our on my own today ( do not tell my friends just needed space) for the first time. Loved it from start to finish. The great reception welcome and hospitality was amazing. Had great treatments from Nicola. Watched the warmth and dynamics of the team and so genuine and all good. To top it all met the owner by chance in the Bistro and realised why is was so good - enough said she has got this - thanks everyone x

I visited Chill Out Spa for the first time today- a friend and I booked the Twilight Experience as a treat. We were looked after so well from start to finish: we never once felt rushed! We spent about 45 mins in the outdoor hot tub, we were then taken for the most relaxing full body massage we've ever had! The Tranquility lounge is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful and we finished off with Tapas in the Bistro. The staff here are so attentive - nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were spotlessly clean and so welcoming. Great value for a spa package too! We will definitely be back - hoping to book a full spa day next time when we have a bit more time to spare. Thank you so much Chill Out Spa - I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs some relaxing time out - whether alone or to catch up with a friend or as a romantic treat with a partner.

I have been here twice now for various services and each time have been left disappointed. First time I went they rushed me through my services and then forgot what I was actually having and almost felt like I was being ran out of the spa. The 2nd time I attended I received a leg wax and again was rushed, it normally takes 40 minutes to do a good thorough job but the service was completed in 24 minutes and the staff literally ran out the room and told me to get myself dressed and make my own way out. When I did managed to make my way out the lady was doing a manicure on another customer. If you cannot provide fluid customer service for all the customers dont book the service as quality of service is just as important as amount. I will not use them again due to the fact that every time I have been there I have been made to feel rushed and never get a good service. On both occassions due to being rushed I have had issues with poor quality control. Still had hairs on both legs not just small amounts either. Maybe if you took your time and provided good service the outcome would be at the very least satisfactory. Site is beautiful and ample parking. Overall poor service. Please address or new customers would not return. I would bet the clients you have at present are long standing and you give those good customer service. New customers at least in my experience get poor customer service. I hope and wish for you to prove me wrong as we need more of this type of industry locally.

Just had the most wonderful Spa experience at Chill Out Spa. Myself and 3 friends had the half day package, with massage, facial and pedicure. The day started with a session in the outdoor hot tub with fizz and chocs added on. The facilities are simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and the staff friendly, enthusiastic and so professional. I can honestly say I have never had such a fabulous massage in my life! We will definitely be coming again, and with the membership being such good value, it'd be rude not to!
