Staff were lovely and friendly. It was my first time being ill and admitted into hospital. The Staff made what was a scary incident, a comfortable and reassuring experience. They do a great job. Thank you to the staff on ward 10

I would rate 0 if I could. Recently moved to Luton & had no idea about how bad this place is. Been to many hospitals in the UK but no doubt it’s the worst of all. Took my wife to the a&e with severe abdominal pain & waited 6 hours still no sign to see a doctor wow!! On top of that the staff at the desk is rude as hell. Not helpful at all. Her attitude is on another level. They say zero tolerance at work place , good but before that they need training on how to deal with patients so bad.

Danny Danny Danny. What a class 1 A Hole. Daytime ambulance coordinator. You shout at the crews.. you call the patients liars. If I was as you called it faking it.. I can assure you you would not be in a bed yourself. Don't raise a vulnerable patients heart rate to 144 bpm unnecessarily. One day you'll upset the wrong patient. Let karma be with you! You should not be working in a hospital, you should be a prison warden.. let's see how far you get with a disgusting attitude like that. Read a patients file before hurling emotional abuse at them!
