One of the worst doctors surgeries known to man... They would not p*as on you if you was on fire.. everything about this place is Kaos. The doctors have a pharmacy joint to it.. PLEASE STAY AWAY, the staff are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot.. and they will not think twice about giving you some one else's medicine as this has happened many times

Well where do I start with this surgery. I rung up today for an appointment and was told I would have to ring back on Monday as they can’t offer me a routine appointment but can on Monday for an appointment in a few weeks time! I was on hold for 15 minutes and had to ring several times to get through. After trying last week several times and at different times! I rung last year to discuss a very personal issue with a doctor, i was shown compassion or offered any support I was basically told to get on with the issue. I was avoid this surgery. Absolutely shocking! No wonder it has a CQC rating as requires improvement!

The practice has improved immensely from where it was and continues to improve. I've had to call upon them recently and, even in the midst of a Pandemic, the Receptionists, nurses and Doctors (and most likely all the other staff working in the background) have been superb. They have been reactive, professional and helpful. This is vastly different to the service of old (Bath Lodge in the later years) and is most welcome. For those using the practice I'd recommend using their website for up to date information which helps a lot. For those who can't then if you need to call the staff genuinely seem to try and help. I am grateful to them and do not give 5 stars lightly. I hope this level of service continues because it genuinely is appreciated!

Took 4 months and a string of emails to move the notes over from the last doctor. Need chasing for absolutely everything, even repeat prescriptions. When you call more often than not you get the engaged tone. You never get an appointment with a named doctor, just a locum. Stay away from this surgery at all costs.
