Cherryvalley Group Practice belfast

Everyone at this practice is exceptional. The GPs are world-class, the reception team bends over backwards to help you, and the nurses are kind and cheerful no matter what they are doing for you.

Staff can't wait to get you out as soon as you come in. You will be kept waiting longer than expected. However if you happened to be a 5 mins late as I once was, time will be taken off your appointment. A couple of doctors have been unprofessional regarding my choice of contraception and discouraging me to have. Think as a woman it's my own choice as I never want kids. Really considering paying for Bupa healthcare even though I'm not in the best financial circumstances atm!

The GPs at this practice have been nothing but excellent when treating me. I cannot speak too highly of them and of the nurses in the treatment centre.

After speaking to a dr through emergency call line dr sarcastically asked “what do you think you have cancer” .... which was disrespectful distasteful and degrading. When that was my concern at the time. Clearly not many gps in this practise have basic ability to take a patient that has mental health issues seriously. Which is a complete breach of their duty of care! Appauled is an understatement!

Disgraceful service. When my 83 year old mother telephones and is told to phone back next week on the Monday. Telephones on the Monday to be told to phone back. Still hasn't spoken to a Doctor, she is breathless, can't get enough oxygen. Thankfully not COVID related.

I would like to thank the receptionist I dealt with today (unfortunately didn't get her name) but she was extremely helpful sorting out an issue with my mum and also with my prescription.

I would just like to say what a wonderful professional and reassuring telephone call I had with Dr Douglas at this practice.

Repeat prescriptions = wrong amounts, missing medications, changes with no consultation Referred to consultant for wrong problem Cannot get an appointment. STAY WELL CLEAR OF HERE
