Selling expired products. I used it the day I bought it, and found out the next morning that it was a month past its expiration date. At noon, I took it back, and one staff member said to another person in front of me that it was not long overdue, it was fine. It makes me feel really uncomfortable. Besides, all other products of the same type are expired, so I should make up the price difference if I want to change to other type.

This afternoon at 2pm, we went there and had our document certified. The pharmacist was not patient and friendly at all. We understood that it is always busy in the shop but we as customers shouldn’t be treated like that. Sorry to say but the service was really not impressive..

Would suggest that if your need to attend a chemist then select one of the other chemists in the area. Have attempted to use this chemist multiple times over the years and have never had a pleasant encounter with staff or management. Most recent visit which will be my last, I purchased powdered hydrolyte which I discovered had been opened. I had sanitizer put in with my purchase an told that it was a free item and discovered I had been charged for it. I phoned the chemist and informed of these two issues and was instructed to return for a refund and told that the woman that served me was new and that he would talk to her about charging me for the sanitizer. I informed that I lived out of town and only got into town once a week. I was informed that this was okay. When I got into town the following week I presented with the hydrolyte and receipt. I was informed that the hydrolyte was not safe due to being open, however within two minutes this changed to "sometimes the seal comes open when the lid is taken off and it should be okay to use". This change in relation to whether the hydrolyte was safe to use or not came as a result of seeing my receipt and discovering that it had been eight days since my purchase. I was instructed that they have a seven day return policy. I informed of the male staff member I spoke to and asked why I was not informed of this by him and was told that he may not have been aware of this policy. Outcome, I did not get a refund for the sanitizer that I did not want, but was given and charged for and I was informed that the open hydrolyte "should be okay to use" because I was one day past their item return policy that no one had informed me of until that moment. Did not realise that a product becomes safe after seven days. Total cost was nearly $50.00, maybe they should rethink their slogan.

I was shopping here a few nights back and watched the staff members ganging up on an innocent customer over a QR Code in which if they had just took the time to listen to the customers situation instead of just judging him on the way he looked and the fact that the unprofessional security guard clearly didnt like him and was clearly judging the guy then they may have been able to de-escalate the situation without making the poor guy look like a fool!. But besides that situation that i was a witness to i simply dont like the rude arrogant disrespectful uncaring service that the staff at the chemist warehouse on langtree ave give!. Very unprofessional!. Wont be back!.
