Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Wanted to clarify something the receptionist had said, then was told if I listened properly then I wouldn't be asking the question. I was obviously asking because you were NOT clear, it doesn't take a genius to understand that. I would rather paying twice the price hiring a car elsewhere than having to deal with someone like that.
