Very quick and nice finish..

1. Equipment, tools, tools for cleaning nails are not clean, use for customers to pass on without cleaning first, then use them with the next person. 2. Employees are not skilled. She did my nails very ugly, not smooth, rough nails like the surface of Mars. I will never use this nail salon service again, I swear 🤨

Please Note : Review by daughter: 3x iv requested my nails to be done properly as it wasn't what I asked for. I payed for pedicure and manicure, Pedicure was not done . Manicure done but service was not completed in full (No moisturiser for hand and feet. Dead skin was not removed from feet. Over all very poor service . I was not happy with price and service provided. I made it known to staff in return they called security and demanded I pay Full price for a service I am completely and utterly disappointed with. I will Not be back .

I had the worst manicure of my life at this Spa. As you can see from my images, the evening of and then all the next morning following my manicure (normal nail polish, not SNS) it completely began to chip away dramatically following no strenuous exertion or activity to bring such poor quality finish on. It was a COMPLETE waste of money and time, I could have done a better and longer lasting manicure myself. The original manicure was not even done to the edges of my fingers and the nails not filed and buffed properly, so I had rough edges at the top. In between difference clients entering and leaving the Spa, there was no wiping down of chairs or cleaning of pedicure bowels whatsoever, which is especially concerning during Covid times. I was also not treated like a valued customer, when in the middle of my pedicure my technician got up with no word to me as to why (as all communication between technicians was not in English) and went to another table to do a nail chipping fix for another client - not washing or sanitising her hands in between doing this job and returning back to me, only putting gloves back on from her pockets. I will NEVER return to this place, rip off and waste of money.

Had my nails filled with acrylic, one week later chipping and peeling. The women was extremely rough pulling and bending my fingers in odd ways. Totally unclean, never wiped a bench or seat, no Covid safety, no screens and distancing. Never going there again. Don’t deserve the 1 star
