I always come out of Charlie Miller feeling fab! Another excellent cut and colour from Lauren. She always goes the extra mile in making me feel welcome and knows my hair so well - love the cuts she gives me. Worth every penny and lasts for ages.

Over the past fortnight my hair had been frequently complimented. I realise that Lisa regularly and subtly updates my cut and style based on my feedback and hair condition. The salon environment is excellent and I never have any fears that my fine challenging hair is in safe hands with Lisa and Tracey (for colouring).

Finally a hairdresser I can go back to! Lauren cuts my hair beautifully and also did a wonderful job of my bridal hair in April 2017. The salon is light and airy and all the staff are welcoming and professional, highly recommended.

Would not recommend for anyone who has wavy, curly or fine hair. I went to this salon months ago and I am still repairing the damages from the appointment. After the appointment my head was aching and hurting for a full day from the reckless hair brushing and pulling. During the entire appointment I felt like my hair was being ripped out of my scalp and could hear it break off. I am quite shy of nature so didn't have the courage to tell her she was hurting me, but instead tried to lean my head towards the direction so to ease the pain. I also confronted the hairdresser and their supervisor when I had concerns regarding the outcome of the colour of my hair, yet they insisted that that was what I had asked for, rather than going for a more collaborative approach. I contacted the salon again later the same day to voice my concern and complaint (manly regarding the way my hair was left completely damaged and aching), I was given the number to the manager and but then got stuck in a loop where I could never actually speak to them since they were always in a meeting. Months later I am still trying to repair my hair from all the breakage and spilt ends that resulted from the appointment...
