Hair cut model with Charley. Had my hair cut and re styled with junior stylist Charley and a little coaching from Tiger and Lucy on 15th October 2020. My overall experience was superb, the staff were excellent, professional and so welcoming. All the staff were so lovely and did a brilliant job of my hair and I absolutely love it. They even booked me in for later in the evening when I couldn't stay for the whole session which was something they didn't need to do as it was a FREE haircut. Above and beyond. What more can I say. If anyone is wanting a brilliant hair cut. Charles Lewis on Kirkstall Road is the place to go. Well done guys xxx

I came here for a hair cut to cut all the split ends of my hair and came out with a great result. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of theady who cut my hair, but she did an amazing job. It was my first time here and I felt very safe and comfortable. I usually hate cutting my hair but not anymore. My hair is normally very curly so she attended to that very well. After straightening it I really saw the style she had put in my hair and lived it even more.

I came for a consultation on Saturday 23rd October which went well. Then got booked with Lucy on the following Wednesday to get a full head of semi-permanent lilac hair priced as £60, as per picture. I left my appointment on Wednesday disappointed, as the result was not as expected (lilac highlights instead of a full head of semi-permanent colour) and paid £85 for it. I initially didn’t say anything because I was due to be working in the afternoon and didn’t have time to have it done again. Also at both appointment I mentioned that I tried doing it at home myself, but the toner would only stick to my bleached highlights. Lucy replied « it’s always best to have it done professionally ». A couple of days later I decide to message on their Instagram to explain why I am disappointed. Messages were left on seen by the owner. Later the hairdresser called me to understand the situation and offered to either do a permanent colour (which I didn’t want), or take the colour out. I refused both offers - instead I agreed to paid for Olaplex/Cut, and asked to be refunded the £50 hair colour. Request was made 2 months ago and so far, I haven’t been refunded anything.
