Charles Clinkard cambridge

Went for my daughter's first shoes, in the grand arcade in cambridge, they were really accommodating and patient very happy with my perchace will be re-visiting.

Very good shoe shop, excellent choice of ladies, men's and children's shoes. Lots good brands, Gabor, Reiker, Pilkinos, Clarks, Fitflop, Josef Siebel and much more. Staff always friendly and helpful. This is always my first choice shoe shop.

I visited the Cambridge store today with the intention of buying 2 pairs of sandals for my children. I was in the store for at least 20minutes and had no acknowledgment from any staff and in fact it was difficult to see who the staff were. My child was told by staff they were too busy to help him and I was told by a staff member that she was only working in the adult section, she then proceeded to tidy shelves. I left the store empty handed. In short, I strongly recommend not visiting here with small children.

Helpful staff with a good kids area

We were hunting for a pair of DC childrens trainers but they were £50 everywhere which is far too much to waste on a growing childs feet, but then i found this company on Google Shopping and at a much more reasonable price of £30! As with any site youre not familiar with its always a little risky but i did my research and they seemed like a good old fashion legitimate shoe shop so took a punt. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that dispatch was a little slow (ordered 10th dec, dispatched 16th) but that did include the weekend AND it was at christmas too, but once dispatched they arrived next day by interlink in a well packaged box. Not much else to add, very happy customer and will defintely use again.

Josef Seibel mules are comfortable but the appearance needs smartening up!

I had a very helpful shop assistant who had good product knowledge, recommended brands that I was not familiar with. There was a wide selection of shoes. I was able to purchase some really lovely shoes. I will be returning.
