Charisma Beauty & Skincare – Norwich

Charisma is my happy place and I have been a regular for over 3 years now. Ive been to many salons over the years but this one is by far the most enjoyable. As soon as you enter the salon you are greeted by the most amazing team (Charisma angels as I call them) you really feel so valued as a client and part of a huge extended family. There is always such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere The salon was refurbished over lock down and it looks sensational. Ive relaxed on the bespoke pedicure bench and had my feet pampered and the treatment rooms upstairs are tranquil and comfortable. I regularly have the back, neck and shoulder massage with the fabulous salon manager Laurel which is so relaxing and helps ease my tension from my office job and I always feel a million dollars after having my eyebrows done ! I am so pleased I have found Charisma, cant recommend highly enough, once you step through the salon door you wont want to leave!

I love Charisma! I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm so happy to have found this salon. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I always look forward to my next appointment. Whenever Charlotte is in the salon, she always says hello! Steph is amazing with nail art and I love how she is able to create designs for me! I love having a massage from Laurel, always so relaxing! I usually have a wax done with Leanne and it never is painful! Caroline is always so friendly and helpful when she is on the front desk. Everyone is just so lovely and I'm so happy to have found this salon.

I was a regular customer when the salon first opened many years ago and since having a family I continue to go back to Charisma when I can for relaxing treatments, my favourite is a full body massage. I have always loved how Charlotte and her girls make you feel welcome, important and ensure you get the best from your 'me time'. The salon is clean, tidy and I would recommend a visit to anyone.

Love this place. I've been visiting Charisma for nearly as long as it's been open and would highly recommend it. Steph is excellent at nail art and always up for the challenge of what to put on my nails next. I always feel welcome when entering the salon, it's like a home away from home.

Got a pedicure here, was absolutely lovely, luxurious and relaxing. The place is super clean, brand new and the set up for pedicures is just brilliant, with the client sitting a couple of steps higher than the staff member, very comfortable. The pedicure sets smell amazing and they have a nice variety of scents. The staff are so friendly and lovely, all wear a uniform and they offered me a drink multiple times. Will definitely go back.
