Chappell and Matthews have been fantastic in helping my roommate and I let our new flat. Particular credit to Lauren who has been with us every step of the way. Brilliant communication, speedy service and Lauren's friendly, can-do attitude has made this the most pleasant move I've ever had! Thanks to Lauren and the team for being so quick and professional , we had our new flat within a week of viewing it for the first time. Would absolutely recommend , Lauren you're a superstar!

Had a FANTASTIC experience with Chappell and Matthews Clifton office. Hollie Davies showed us around and helped us to secure the flat...she was an absolute gem! Although we still have a few issues to resolve with the property. We would like to thank Debra for her help finding the property, and for being great with the initial viewing of the flat. She was attentive and friendly. We requested to go back to take measurements for our furniture before the key collection date and Debra was happy to accommodate this and met us at the flat in her spare 20 minutes. We were very grateful for that. She was easy to reach and was very helpful. Thank you Debra! 😊

In times where demand is so high you only have time to rely on a video before putting your offer in, she's been wonderful throughout the process. The process of consulting C&M about house renting was a very pleasant experience. Senior Lettings Negotiator Debra Barton is very responsible, even if I am abroad, she communicates with me carefully about rent details, keeps in touch with me, and calculates time differences carefully. She's a very professional negotiator, and the whole consultation process went smoothly because of her.
