Very nice and easy to book. Ladies working in spa are very friendly and proffessional. Facilities need some improvements. I am sure there was info about steam room, but it was not open. Head rest in jacuzzi keeps floating away. Changing room bit too small. Toilets definitely need more attention. I loved facial but manicure was the worst I'd ever had. It was not manicure but polish only, absolutely not worth money I paid. Especially I was told they can't use lamps to dry nails due to covid19 which is very strange because other beauty salons are using lamps with no problems. Nails were still sticky after 5hrs from applying varnish. Overall experiance 3*. Bit disappointing I had better spa breaks.

Just WOW. The inside of this place is stunning, the decor just super relaxing & a calming energy all round with wonderful smells. I came last Wednesday with my mum & sister (as a post wedding hen do) we had a treatment each which we all thoroughly enjoyed, was absolute bliss. Emma took the time to study my notes & adapt the treatment the best way possible to suit my needs. We had afternoon tea afterwards in the gallery, overlooking the lovely lounge area. Everything was absolutely delicious! Will definitely come again for a longer treatment next time :)

My mum stayed with them recently after our booking was postponed in May due to Covid. I was unable to make it but the staff made up the difference with a lovely package for my mum. She said the staff are wonderful as was the treatment received in the spa. All Covid guidance was followed and it was still a wonderful experience for her. Thank you so much, my mum really needed the break and she’s come back so refreshed.

Had the spa to myself for three whole hours. Bliss! Good facilities, comfortable and welcoming. Staff are all very pleasant. They are attentive without fussing. Changing facilities are clean and well-appointed, if a little small. Spa pool is clean and well maintained, as is rest of spa area. The ambience is ideal for relaxation and easily comfortable enough to be able to spend several hours there.
