Great service from parts department, got the part I needed really swiftly. Short shift from service told would be a £40 charge to change a rear light bulb holder.. in the end I managed to easily do it myself in a couple of minutes. ( only asked cos Halfords made it look super tricky when I went for a new light bulb only to be told it was not the bulb it was the holder). Will not be booking my mini in for a service at that sort of price.

I would like to personally thank Alexia, who couldn’t of been more kind and helpful and also to James on the service desk. Excellent customer service. I’m glad I have stayed with mini. They really look after you.

Excellent customer service! I had to use Chandlers due to a breakdown over the new year and the staff and service team could not have been more helpful. They kept me informed and went out of their way to get me back on the road as soon as possible. This is not my nearest mini dealer but I’m likely to return here should I need anything in the future.

MOT and service excellent, staff welcoming and helpful, but why don’t you clean the cars properly anymore? I’ve got to take my Mini to be hoovered out properly despite the “clean” I was promised. This happened last year too; I was then given a valet voucher for Mini but when I called to book I was told the service wasn’t running. Takes the shine off a bit…

Brought my Mini in for its MOT & to get a fog light bulb replaced beforehand – they discovered that the fog light just needed fitting back into place so took the time to do this so I didn’t need to pay for an entire replacement, and my car was returned to me freshly cleaned with a passed MOT! Will be returning for all car services in future, highly recommend
