Just completed a most satisfactory deal selling our house, with both Jonathan and Charlie doing the heavy lifting. I'm saddened that it's got to the point I have to leave this review.. Me and my partner have either been ignored completely or just given the run around by the headington branch. We made them aware that we have a time scale which is now nearly at an end and we've had hardly no help! I doubt even this review will get a response. If I knew that my customers felt this way about me id be heartbroken but apparently good customer service isn't something of value here. But on the other hand the kidlington branch I couldn't recommend more. They are the complete polar opposite to the headington branch and deserve recognition

Absolutely diabolical. Chancellors were unable to organise our annual gas safety check due to their poor organisation and communication, leaving us without gas for multiple days. At no point did they accept any responsibility for leaving us in this unacceptable situation. The only resolution we found was to organise our own gas safety check, leaving us out of pocket, cold and stressed.
