Had a terrible experience with Chancellor's. The costumer service and organisation was terrible. Not to mention the flat was left in a extremely bad way when we moved in! Would advise people not to use their services. Disappointed is an understatement!

Their staff should really learn how to deal with people from different backgrounds rather than showing their attitudes on phone.

Sam Bishop brings a dynamic, pro-active professionalism to his role and is a great compliment to the Chancellors team. He connects with potential buyers and listens to their needs and shares his insights on the market. We found we could build a clear communication with Sam about what was happening in the market and he always spent time returning calls and emails. He stayed in touch and always kept us front-of-mind.
