The Staff are never rude In this chemist they're just busy and I've been using them for a few yrs now. They always answer the phone and answer any relevant questions so give these essential workers a break you negative 1 & 2 star complainers. Very safe and a covid aware pharmacy. Blessings and thanks to all the young public facing personnel. Some customers actually take notice of how well and prompt you are.

I'm so sad to read all the bad reviews. I've been using chana for 8yrs n I have never had any problems. All the staff past n present have always been really kind,discreet n friendly. It is a really busy pharmacy so yes sometimes you might have to wait but you can go do your shopping, have a coffee etc instead of complaining. The staff at Chana like a lot of us worked flat out through the pandemic, putting their customers health before there own health. I for one am very grateful. Keep up the fantastic work. You are always appreciated ❤ 💛 💗 😇👍👏

Absolute unprofessional service and behaviour from multiple staff members. I had been calling in for 5 days trying to get my mothers medicines delivered to her down the road from the chemist and everyday they lied about deliveries. This is not our usual pharmacy and thank God for that, because they are not reliable at all. During these difficult times we thought we could rely on our local chemist to do what they advertise "deliver medication" but clearly they do not prioritise their patients. Will be sticking with our usual pharmacy from now on. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had the option they would get zero from me! Update: I went in to get my mothers medication today and low and behold they gave me a hard time! I waited over 20 mins to be served....people were walking in without masks....so I vocalised how inapropriate this was and i was told the medicine was out for delivery! Absolute lies, I said I wont go until they give me the meds. My mother is vulnerable and we thought having a chemist down the road could be beneficial for emergencies but they really do not care for the community and patients. That could have been someone elses mother or father living on their own waiting for important meds, a really vulnerable ill patient who could have died waiting. Its negligence on their part. Luckily the meds i picked up werent a life and death situation but in hindsight this experience has shown that chana chemist can not be trusted. My mother has other meds which if she does not take can be life threatning so i will not risk trusting chana chemist further on from this point onwards. Absolutely disheartened to have such a careless pharmacy within our community, especially during the pandemic where they are supposed to be even more supportive, but are only treating it as a business with no compassion or care for the vulnerable.
