Watch your money, count your change back, be very careful when paying...been done twice. Second time I confronted them, they claimed error....observe how they rush you to pay and move quickly so they serve others while you don't get time to count your coins.

Over priced medicines. You will always find their prices expensive than any other chemist. Ignorant customers who have not done a price comparison gets easily duped.

I LOVE this place

One of the worst pharmacies I have encountered and certainly negligent. Promised they would order repeat prescriptions from the surgery when first told by surgery to sign up to them as they are open weekends and could deliver the medication on time so meds are never missed. Have had a missed delivery twice, once they have given meds which were short in quantity so had to go back and show them their error. And today rang to chase delivery of meds only for the rude pharmacist to say oh we only deliver on Tuesdays. But you have had the prescription since Friday so could have called to say come collect it. The pharmacist’s rude response was no you should learn to order your medicines a week in advance. They then promised the practice manager that they would deliver the meds today by 7pm. It is now 10pm and no meds delivered!! My elderly mother has been without her meds for 72 hours now. Avoid this pharmacy unless you want false promises which they will never deliver upon and spend most of your time on the phone to them chasing your medication. But more importantly want to risk your health!!! How are pharmacists allowed to get away with such negligence...AVOID.

Never experienced such a bad customer service ever . They have unprofessional attitude and no experience in dealing with clients. We called them before coming and they told us that they are open till 9:00 pm but when we reached there around 8:20 . They refused to serve us by telling that they already closed the photo machine and they don’t want to open it again when they can. Such a poor service

Ages to collect a prescription !!!, even though 6-7 staff members are around. Never waited that long fore prescription before

I came here on Wednesday evening to get a passport photo for my wife and myself as we had trouble getting our photos online. The young man on the counter gave us advice on an easier way to apply since he told us the online services given for passports isn’t perfect. Thankfully the photos he gave us were accepted so I would like to thank him. Very good service and a very well mannered person.

Hi everyone, I am writing this with a big smile of relief on my face as this chemist was the only one that could take my passport photo's for an emergency passport renewal appointment. Will definitely become my go to pharmacy for prescriptions and other necessities. Also very clean and spacious.

The staff are very helpful and kind. My coccyx was injured and they told took very good care of it. Thank you to Chana Chana chemist for helping my coccyx out. It’s highly appreciated
