Truly apalling service! Waiting over a year to have a damaged garage door replaced on a new build. In the last 3 weeks 4 attempts to have it fitted, each time either nobody turns up or they continually send the wrong door. Nobody at the company seems to care. Avoid at all costs.

I have two original garage doors that were installed by Chamberlain Doors at my property 31 years ago and they are still in good condition so I decided to update the original electric operator motors for my double garage doors with two new up to date Auto Over PL750S belt drive operators. Chamberlain Doors also installed two new wireless door wall controls and a MyQ Internet Gateway device that enables me to remotely monitor and control my two garage doors via my internet connection using the MyQ app on my mobile phone. All the team at Chamberlain Doors were very professional and helpful. Kelly promptly arranged an appointment for Graham their sales representative to visit my property to assess the work and I was impressed with his attention to detail especially when he noticed that the original 31 year old garage door springs needed replacing and he was able to source new ones. Graham also arranged for his colleague Gary to forward a quotation which was sent to me very promptly. I was grateful for the professional door installer Gary's excellent workmanship, very efficient service and the helpful manner in which he carried the works out at my property. Gary the gentleman who prepared my quotation visited my property to provide his professional help and expertise with setting up the MyQ Internet Gateway device so I can operate my two garage doors remotely via my mobile phone. I certainly experienced Chamberlain Doors reputation for quality, reliability and integrity through their first-class products and customer service. I highly recommend this excellent company.

They do the best Christmas tree every year without fail. Very good.

Good place for a door

Rang to get a quote on a Roller Shutter that I had seen online and had estimate straight away (from my measurements of course as I only needed an estimate at the time) but also got some great advice so I'm unsure why there are negative reviews.
