Cheaper fees than other solicitors for conveyancing. a few mistakes though were encountered. Overall we got there in the end and did not run up extra costs.

To begin with, all was ok. Unfortunately, they have not done their job properly. They have missed vital legal issues with my house that should have been sorted before I moved in. I feel like they brushed it all under the carpet so to speak, I have tried to communicate with them several times, but after I transferred money to them, they want nothing more to do with me or the issues I still have. Extremely over priced, and my final bill was much higher than my quote. Really frustrating as I've paid a decent sum of money for these solicitors to not do their job properly, and take no responsibility when I have been told by many professionals regarding the issues in my home should have been the solicitors job to at least inform me of what damage has been done to my house before I moved in. I was told my boiler was far too dangerous to even turn on and if left it could have blown up (nothing was said to me about the boiler by my solicitor) I have also found damp in my home when I have been informed there was no damp, I understand my solicitor does not check themselves, however they are dealing with legal issues, so they should know the surveyor who checked my home, instead, both times me reaching out, they say its 'not their problem'
