I was told that they are prone to haggle over the price they will offer for your items. I took a mobile phone in to sell. They made me an offer and told me to call back in 30 minutes. So they could do a check on it. On returning I was surprised to find that they were willing to offer £25 more. Bonus.

Great shop with lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff on hand with advice on purchasing and selling items. The website is also very good and fast delivery

Do Not Touch These With A Bargepole!!! Went in there today with 2 things I wanted to sell. Was offered £16 for both, one was A grade and other brand new never opened. I declined went Cash Converters and got £65. Absolutely con artists.

Lovely service by a lovely guy who unfortunately didn't remember me from our last encounter and you know when you feel kinda uncomfortable when you think they know that you guys recognise eachother but neither one of you has the balls to actually comment on that so you end up pretending like you both have no idea... Yeah that happened so stress bought a tablet

Excellent service employees and management always on hand and willing to help. Have requested a couple of times for games not on shelves and the staff are always willing to turn around fresh stock. Great service!
