The service I received from the young lady today was nothing but outstanding. Could not be more helpful. After reading many of the reviews I was expecting the worse. Yet I got the best. A huge thank you to the young lady who dealt with me. She understands the words ‘customer service’

I actually received prompt service there and had matters attended to promptly. Unlike being stuck on a centrelink phone line being kept waiting for 2 hours being placed on hold for unacceptable lenghty periods while the representative gathered information. Obviously this person did not posess much information in addressing my question. In the end i was referred to call age care. Age care? I have nothing to do with age care. Never the less, i called them and they confirmed it had nothing to do with them. Needless to say, thus excercise wasted 2 hour of my time. Yes! My time is important too. I am a retiree with other things to spend my time on. I was left taking my matter directly to Gawler Centrelink. I was instead attended to within 30 minutes. The centrelink staff was able in addressing my matter within 5 minutes. I left thinking that this is how a service should be provided, regardless if one is on a phone to centrelink or not. Well done Gawler Branch! Glad some actually provide better service.

I've only been here once, however, it wasn't what I'd call a good customer experience. I was greeted by a rude and obnoxious woman who continuously cut me off and rolled her eyes at me while I tried to explain that I simply wanted to open an account. During my 90 minute wait, this same woman yelled at customers and called the police on a man who walked in and politely asked to collect his payment. Other workers were gathered around talking about their "horrible" customers and laughed at the fact they made a man wait outside to collect his paperwork. The only pleasant part of my experience what the lady who actually opened the account for me. She was polite, helped me with everything I needed, and we even had a lighthearted laugh about the slow computers. This particular woman's service was 5 stars!
