Was a regular place for me to go workout. Centre I moved quite a lot since the swimming pool opened and the health suite, saying that the health suite facilities aren’t always working, especially the hot tub/jacuzzi and water isn’t very warm. Overall the gym, classes and crèche etc are good. Would recommend a few more ladies only gym sessions. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Promotional offers would help as there’s so many other competitors around now. Glad everything is back open since the pandemic.

Great facilities but no staff of reception to answer the phones!! I've not used their services for a few months but the consistently try taking money out of my account starting to become a joke!! Someone needs to answer the phone so I can cancel my membership

Visited the AT7 for the first time today for a fitness class. Staff on the front desk were welcoming and Lisa led a fantastic (though tiring) Spin Class. However the facilities and building seemed very tired and in desperate need of a refurb. The pool changing rooms weren't very clean and there was a very unpleasant smell. The sports area changing rooms didn't fair much better with several lights in need of replacement and looking generally run down. It's quite clear that the AT7 didn't enjoy the same level of funding/ refurbishment that the other CV Lifestyles facilities have experienced recently, and fall well short of the standards set by The Wave and Alan Higgs. This is a shame as members attending the AT7 are paying no less than the other centres.

This place is absolutely shocking for getting help from. Will be cancelling swimming lessons and going elsewhere beyond a joke. The attitude of people that work there is atrocious there reply times are just ridiculous and there customer service a big fat 0.
