Always always trying to overcharge even lying about bigger weight than it actually is and trying to make you pay as a parcel instead of large letter. Also even you already check price before posting which service you prefer and say price you want to pay for parcel postage they without asking charge you as first class and ask you pay more....!!! Of course workers are rude as well so I come only because all other post offices are far away but I hate this place.

I'm one of the regulars in this branch. However, everytime when I pay my visit, it must be something happened or someone with attitude towards me, more or less I got used to it because this is the only nearest branch from my work place. Indeed, I need my task to be done smoothly and efficiently so I will not pay attention to them staff. I tried to put deposit in with my HSBC business account on Christmas eve at approx 1pm ish, it was quiet at that time, and only one or two customer waited to be served behind me. The lady at the counter was unwilling to help me on this case and said the bank is about to close at that time, and therefore any deposit cannot be completed. In fact, I can see she played trick with me by pressing the cancel button every time when I put my card into the machine, and the machine did show 'cancelled'... I even changed my HSBC personal card, but she insisted said nothing is work. By trying a second and third times, totally speechless she thinks I'm a fool or just because I'm from different background. I then choose to leave by not asking any question... I really hope the professional lady who used to work from Leece St post office (she is now moved to Liverpool one branch) can come back and take over this branch. To be honest, the main post office team must look seriously onto this group of team. If those moody staff are unwilling to provide service for customer, please do consider those who may need this job the most.

Unprofessional, incompetent staff. Openly rude and unwilling to assist. Manager was openly hostile and passive aggressive. Refused to serve me at 5.26pm, I was already inside the post office. Their reason being they had 'had a long day and the last customer they estimated being in their queue would be served at 5.30pm'. Judging by the other reviews . . . .

Hi, I hope this review would help somebody, please don't come to this post office for a lot of reason. First, they don't respect you as a human being, second, there is 2 lady inside which one of them has blond hair and glasses she's supe rode, unprofessional and seems to know everything but she doesn't know anything, I had parcel worth of £300 I provide them a lot of proof of address such as bank statements, house contact, ..... Finally they think they are working like in home office. Anyway hope it will help somebody .
