Called to book an appointment, called again to confirm that it was remedial then walked 30 mins to get there and was told that my booking was forgotten. Also, the “massage therapist” didn’t seemed to be dressed to provide just a massage, I’ve worked in the spa industry for 6 years and never have I come to work in a short dress… super disappointing as it was a great spa when it was Urban Thai, even though they still seem to share a contact number this is not the same place it use to be.
